Welcome to MORULA LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of MORULA LLC’s services (“Services”) and outline the rights and obligations of both parties. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from subscribing or using the Services.
Eligibility for Subscription
To subscribe and use MORULA LLC’s Services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions without modification.
• Maintain continuous subscription for a minimum period as outlined in Section 4.
Service Description
MORULA LLC provides financial assistance for legal expenses through a subscription-based model. Subscribers may choose their legal representation and request reimbursement for legal expenses within the annual coverage limits. The Services include, but are not limited to:
• Reimbursement of legal fees up to $1200 annually (or based on the selected plan tier).
• Freedom to choose any licensed attorney or legal representative.
• Financial aid accessible only after fulfilling the conditions specified in this Agreement.
Access to Benefits
Subscribers may access reimbursement benefits after maintaining a continuous, uninterrupted subscription for a minimum of four (4) months. Any lapse or missed payment within the initial four-month period will result in loss of eligibility and restart of the eligibility period upon resumption of payments.
Payment Terms
• Subscription fees are due on a monthly basis unless the subscriber opts for an annual payment plan.
• In case of a missed or delayed payment, the subscription will be terminated immediately, and the subscriber will no longer be eligible for the benefits provided by MORULA LLC.
• Subscribers may re-enroll, but the four-month continuous subscription condition will apply again before accessing benefits.
Proof of Legal Need For A Claim
Subscribers must provide sufficient documentation to demonstrate the necessity of legal representation. The following are acceptable forms of proof:
• Court summons or notice.
• Correspondence from a legal entity (e.g., a letter from a lawyer or law firm).
• Evidence of dispute or litigation requiring legal representation. MORULA LLC reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the validity and completeness of the provided documentation.
Reimbursement Process
• Subscribers must submit the invoice from their legal representative, along with the proof of legal need, to MORULA LLC.
• MORULA LLC will review the claim and, if approved, process reimbursement up to the annual coverage limit.
• Reimbursement will be made directly to the legal representative within 30 business days of claim approval.
Exclusions and Limitations
The following scenarios are not covered under the Services provided by MORULA LLC:
• Claims related to legal fees incurred prior to subscribing or during the ineligibility period.
• Fees related to unlawful activities, frivolous claims, or services outside the scope of standard legal representation.
• Missed payments, administrative fees, or interest charges by legal representatives.
Termination and Cancellation
• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
• MORULA LLC reserves the right to terminate a subscription if the subscriber fails to comply with these Terms, including non-payment or submission of fraudulent claims.
Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
Amendments to the Terms
MORULA LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes through email or by updates posted on the company’s website. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By subscribing to the Services provided by MORULA LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
